The approach
Most marketing starts with a channel: "we need to be on Instagram", "we need ads". I start with the business, because the channel is the last decision, not the first.
A conversation about the business: what you sell, who buys it, where the good work comes from and what you want more of.
Who you are for and why they should choose you, written down on one page. Everything else is built from it.
The site, the Google profile, the pages, the CRM, the follow-up. Built properly, wired together, and tested.
Content, search, ads and email where they earn their place. One page of numbers a month, and honest advice on what to do next.
A joinery firm with a full order book does not need the same work as a letting agent opening a second branch. You will not get a package. You will get a plan.
Services
Four stages. Most businesses need one or two of these, not all twelve. Start where you are; the first conversation works out where that is.
Start on the left if nobody can say what makes you different. Start on the right if the phone rings and the quotes go cold.
The difference
Futurah Digital is part of a Leeds IT company. That means the technical side, from CRMs and phones to websites and automation, is done by someone who does it for a living.
Google Business Profile, local search and pages that match what people type.
A landing page for the search, not a homepage for everyone.
Forms, calls and WhatsApp into one CRM, automatically.
Acknowledged in minutes, followed up on a schedule, never forgotten.
One page a month: enquiries, sources, cost. In plain English.
Who I work with
The businesses I work best with have a product or a service you can photograph, a phone that rings, and an owner who cares how the business comes across.
You want a thousand followers by Friday, you need the cheapest quote, or you would rather not be involved at all. The best results come from owners who will give me half an hour a fortnight.
Work
Futurah IT is the business I built first. Its brand, website and systems are the proof of how I work.

I only publish work with the owner's permission and a real result to show. If you would like to be the next one, the first conversation is below.

About
Founder of Futurah IT and Futurah Digital. Leeds born, Leeds based.
I started Futurah IT to look after the technology in Leeds businesses, and spent years inside them: seeing how work comes in, how it is quoted, what gets followed up and what gets forgotten. Along the way I built my own brand and website, then started helping clients with theirs, and the advice kept landing.
Futurah Digital is that work, done properly. I take on a small number of clients so each one gets real attention, and the person you speak to is the person doing the work. I do not believe anyone can be a marketer. You have to care about the business, understand what it is trying to achieve, and be prepared to say when something will not work.
You can't market a business you don't understand, and you won't do it well if you don't care about it.
